We are pleased that you are interested in Karlsruhe as a venue for your event. And we would be delighted to host it. Just as we plan our own events professionally and successfully, we serve as your reliable partner and assist you with all our expertise.
Whether it’s a trade fair, a convention or a company celebration, each event has its own special character. That’s why we never simply offer service “off the rack”. With us, you get individual contact persons who accompany you with comprehensive assistance and unflagging dedication from start to finish. This begins with the hall rental or the search for a suitable event location and continues all the way through to the catering. You benefit from our diverse partnerships and excellent contacts in the region, which we utilize on a daily basis.

Our Convention Centre: in the heart of the city
Four buildings and the outdoor area on Festplatz comprise the Convention Centre and make it versatile, adaptable and unique. The classical architecture of the Konzerthaus lends an impressive character to every event. The remarkably multifunctional Schwarzwaldhalle is frequently used for concerts and comedy performances. The light-flooded Gartenhalle is ideal for exhibitions and offers a special highlight for your guests with its direct access to the Zoological Garden. The Stadthalle is currently being renovated and will offer its own unique variety of rooms in the future, which will make it a first-class conference venue. You will surely find the ideal venue for your event in the centre of Karlsruhe between the Stadtgarten and the pedestrian zone.

Our Karlsruhe Trade Fair Centre: plenty of space for your event
Four halls, the all-round glassed-in construction of the Events Hall and the greened Atrium offer a bright and friendly atmosphere to showcase products, services or companies. With the Conference Centre on the Karlsruhe Trade Fair Centre, we also offer numerous meeting rooms for conferences, conventions and gatherings of all sorts. The extensive outdoor area can be used as additional exhibition space. Our Karlsruhe Trade Fair Centre is convincing thanks to its diverse spaces and award-winning architecture. We have used the time of the pandemic to create compelling digital formats and offerings , and also to rethink innovation.
In cooperation with our professional partners we implement hybrid concepts, which enhance your in-person session by a virtual platform. Therefore, convention topics as well as information about exhibitors can be made accessible to a broad audience despite a reduced number of participants.

“Due to the Corona pandemic, the 50th annual convention of the society of informatics (Gesellschaft für Informatik e.V., short “GI”) had to be displayed on a virtual platform. However, we knew from our experience that it is an essential advantage to broadcast the parts of the event which involve many participants at the same time (such as the opening, panel discussions and award ceremonies) live from a real stage.
