Karlsruhe “beer family” cooperates with Messe Karlsruhe: Hatz-Moninger brewery is new regional partner
Continuation of the partnership with Radeberger and Winkels
The Karlsruhe brewery Hatz-Moninger is the new regional partner of Messe Karlsruhe. In future, visitors to the events will have a choice of local beers such as “Karl” (Helles), “Wilma” (Hefeweizen) or “Moni” (Export). In the area of non-alcoholic beverages, the partnership with the Radeberger Group for soft drinks and the beverage wholesaler Winkels from Durlach for water will be continued.
“When selecting our partners and service providers, we also focus on regionality. We are therefore delighted to have found a motivated and genuine local partner in the Hatz-Moninger brewery, a motivated and genuine local brewery, as our beverage partner,” says Managing Director Britta Wirtz. The partnership agreement was preceded by a selection process in which Messe Karlsruhe was supported by the independent consulting firm ods GmbH from Stuttgart.
Cooperation visible for the first time at art karlsruhe
“As a family business, we have set ourselves the goal of bringing the Moninger brewery and our beer family around the protagonists Karl and Moni to life for the people of Karlsruhe and visitors to our city. The cooperation with Messe Karlsruhe is a very important milestone for us on this path. We are delighted to have the opportunity to be part of the great events at Messe Karlsruhe with our local beers and have already come up with lots of exciting activities together with the team at Messe Karlsruhe. Visitors can look forward to it,” emphasizes Dorothee Scheidtweiler, Managing Partner of the Hatz-Moninger brewery.
The brewery's VW Bully, already familiar to many in the region, will be placed in the action hall at art karlsruhe from February 20 to 23 and will be serving after-work beers from 4 p.m. on the days of the fair. The Moninger brewery is also co-organizer of the gallery:night on the Saturday of the fair. Together, the brewery and trade fair company are bringing art to the city and providing the participating Karlsruhe galleries with drinks packages, among other things.
